Protección Digital Argentina is a team of professionals who combine experiences and backgrounds in the legal, protection, communication, and public policy fields to propose a roadmap for effective regulation of digital environments in our country, based on the experiences accumulated throughout the world.
Facundo
Hernández
Lawyer. He holds a master's degree in social policy. He served as Deputy National Ombudsman for the Rights of Children and Adolescents from 2020 to 2025. He also served in the judiciary, was a founding member of the Children and Adolescents Rights Collective, and served as community relations manager for Nextel Argentina (communications and technology) in addition to serving as a consultant for international organizations.
Joaquín
Cruzalegui
He holds a degree in Communication Sciences (UNSAM) with a specialization in social research (MIAS Master's - University of A Coruña). He works in the fields of identity, the dialogue between communication and public policy, and innovation in the management of digital environments.
